Together We Are More is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening African American, Latino, and low-income families in apartment communities. We connect residents with vital resources—including mental health support, financial aide, and social services—while empowering youth through mentorship and education. By placing case workers directly in black and brown neighborhoods, we ensure that families have accessible, trusted support where they live. Together, we bridge gaps, uplift communities, and build a stronger future.
